Dinner Entrees and Accompaniments
Food has a way of bringing people together. When you gather with friends, family or
colleagues, let A Cappella provide a well-balanced, homemade and tasty meal.
Dinners can be served in a variety of ways. A popular choice is buffet-style, where guests serve their own plates from the buffet line. Salads are tossed on site and hot dishes are presented in chafing dishes to keep them steaming. Guests can choose the type and quantity of food they'd like for dinner. This format of meal is also easy to administer yourself, so if you'd like, we can simply drop it off and set up the buffet line, returning to retrieve our equipment the following day.
Plate service is the term used when servers present seated guests with different courses of a meal. The elevated level of service is a good option for a high end, formal dinner. Generally, a soup or salad is served as the initial course, then an entrée with a potato or rice and a couple of different vegetables, followed by dessert.
