Muffins, donuts and cinnamon buns made with out gluten can be ordered to accompany a continental breakfast order. For hot orders, our Egg McMich Sandwiches can be adapted.

Penne Chicken Alfredo, made with cream and fresh parmesan or Fuseli Chicken Marinara, featuring chicken and fresh vegetables in a tomato sauce. Both made with rice pasta.
Hot Lunch Ideas
Chop Boxes (please indicate gluten free) and Chili served with Rice are excellent options for a hot, gluten-free alternative.

Cold Lunch
We can make roast beef and vegetarian sandwiches with gluten-free bread. Or many guests enjoy our Nicoise salads, which feature greens, potatoes, beans and a choice of chicken, beef or salmon.
Entrees
Steak Marinara (tender rib-eye steak in a vegetable tomato sauce), Chicken Caccitore, Italian Roasted Chicken, Roasted Potatoes, Rice Pilaf and Vegetable Medley.
Desserts
Guests with gluten sensitivities can still enjoy dessert by ordering our flourless chocolate cake, sunflower drops or fruit kebabs.
